一般在提交整改方案和整改承诺，同时可包括截至该提交时间节点已完成的整改证据。（这个提交内容会审查）

对于需要长时间执行的整改方案，后续一般不用提交整改证据和报告，但需要在下一次现场审查前准备好，一般会查看上一次核查审计观察项的完成情况。
